Returns
Returns may be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unblemished, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Delivery Days: Deliveries are made every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, between 9AM–4PM.
We recommend placing your order at least one day in advance for all orders especially express orders.
Express or next-day deliveries outside our regular delivery schedule are available at an additional cost.
All deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partner, Design-Pot.
Delivery fees are paid directly to the rider upon delivery
